If you are doing a 1, 3 or 5 day cleanse, follow the directions for Day 1 of your cleanse, and repeat your juices for each following day you are cleansing. You can substitute your meals daily.   You will have 4 juices 2 Smoothies and 2 detox cleanse salads each day.
