If you are doing a 1 or 3 day cleanse, follow the directions for Day 1 of your cleanse, and repeat your juices for each following day you are cleansing.   You will have 3 juices 2 Smoothies ,  1 Bone Broth Soup and 1 Detox Salad per day.
